Level I qualification specification

Net assets of more than 20 million yuan。
Major personnel in construction enterprises
(1) There shall be no less than 8 registered construction engineers in the mechanical and electrical engineering profession。
(2) The technical holder has more than 10 years of experience in engineering construction technology management, and has senior professional titles related to mechanical and electrical engineering;There are no less than 20 personnel with intermediate or above professional titles in mechanical and electrical engineering, and they are fully professional。
(3) There are not less than 20 construction site management personnel holding job certificates, and the construction staff, quality staff, safety staff, information staff, machinery staff, material staff and other personnel are complete。
(4) there shall be no less than 50 intermediate and above technical workers such as mechanical equipment installation workers, electricians, plumbers, ventilators, welders and hoisting workers who are qualified by examination or training。

(3) There are no less than 8 construction site management personnel holding job certificates, and the construction personnel, quality personnel, safety personnel, machinery personnel, information personnel, materials and other personnel are complete。

(5) The technical person (or registered constructor) is in charge of not less than 2 projects that have completed the requirements of Class II or above。

Tertiary qualification
Can be used as a single contract amount of less than 10 million yuan of all kinds of construction projects of equipment, lines, pipeline equipment, non-standard steel construction parts manufacturing, equipment。
